Each occupier will have a share in the Victoria Gardens management company. Once the last property is sold in the development, the tenants will control the management company which will be administered by the managing agents Beresford Adams Commercial. Owners will then have the ability to control the operation of the management company. The initial service charge has currently been estimated at around £250 per property per year.

A Management company will be set up to ensure the smooth running of:

1 Foul drainage system; including pumping station which will remain in private ownership

2 The open space to include the pond - during the course of the development the open space will be offered to Wrexham Council / Rhosddu Community Council - to contribute to the maintenance costs of the open space as it is intended for all to enjoy

3 Part of the Estate Road
