Each occupier will have a share in the Victoria Gardens
management company. Once the last property is sold in the
development, the tenants will control the management company
which will be administered by the managing agents Beresford
Adams Commercial. Owners will then have the ability to control
the operation of the management company. The initial service
charge has currently been estimated at around £250 per property
